Refund policy
RETURNS
- We accept returns and exchanges on any item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it — no marks, highlighting, folded pages, etc.— and in original shrink wrap (if applicable). No credit will be given for merchandise which cannot be resold. NOTE: CDs, DVDs and Flash Drives are not returnable.
- Any item which is less than 6 months old from your invoice date is returnable.
- After 6 months from invoice date, Merchandise Credit Only will be given. All credits must be used within 9 months of the issue date.
- After 12 months from the invoice date the merchandise is not returnable.
- Please pack the merchandise flat. To complete your return, please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip in the package.
There will be a $2 per book restocking charge. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit will be applied when the package is received.
