NOTE: CD, DVD, and Flash Drive items are NOT returnable.

Return Eligibility

1. Within 90 Days: Items are returnable for full credit if returned within 90 days of the invoice date. Items must be shrink-wrapped, unmarked, and in resellable condition. No credit will be given for damaged or marked merchandise.
2. Between 91–180 Days: Returns are accepted for merchandise credit only (for the original purchaser’s account). Credit must be used within 9 months of issue.
3. After 180 Days: Items are no longer eligible for return.
4. Restocking Fee: A $2 per book restocking fee applies to all returns.
5. Shipping & Handling: These charges are non-refundable. Credit is issued once the returned package is received.

📬 How to Return Items

• Pack items flat and securely.
• Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. If you need a new copy, call us and we’ll provide it.
• Clearly label your church name and return address on the outside of the box.
• Use a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
