We appreciate your order. If there is a problem with the shipment, please call our office at 800-537-9462. When returning items, we will accommodate you if you follow these simple rules:
NOTE: CD, DVD & FLASH DRIVE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE ***
1. Any item which is less than 90 days from your invoice date is returnable for full credit. We ask that each item is in shrink wrapped and resell condition with no marks. No credit will be given for merchandise which cannot be resold.
2. Items that are between 91 and 180 days from invoice date are returnable for Merchandise Credit Only for the account with original purchase. All credits must be used within 9 months of the issue date.
3. After 180 days from the invoice date the merchandise is not returnable.
4.There will be a $2 per book restocking charge.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credit will be applied when the package is received.
RETURNS: Please pack the merchandise flat. A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be included or it will not be accepted for return. If you do not have the original invoice, please call and we will provide it.
