Carol J. Miller
The Rev. Dr. Carol J. Miller is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. The recipient of several academic honors, she earned her B.A. degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and M.Th. and D.Min. degrees from Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University. For the last forty years she has been in pastoral ministry, serving churches in Arkansas, Texas, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Dr. Miller has retired from the pastorate and now lives in Upper Marlboro, MD.
During the last several years, Dr. Miller has written numerous articles and curriculum materials for the United Methodist Publishing House. Her specialty is adult education, but she has authored publications for all age groups from elementary students to senior high school youth.
Dr. Miller and her husband have two grown daughters, Heather and Mary, and four grandchildren: Acacia, Evan, Grace, and Andrew.
